Johannesburg
Last week was a particularly full one, which included a 3 day trip to Johannesburg. After flying through the night, I arrived on Tuesday to spend some time with dear friends in the Advance movement, which is led by the inspiring PJ Smythe. In the evening I joined with 70 elders from over 10 churches across Johannesburg to pray for that city and the great continent of Africa.
Following that, I had the privilege of speaking to their teams on some practical leadership lessons. Then it was goodbye to the South African sunshine, and back on a plane again to our grey London skies! Deb and I look forward to being back in Africa in May to visit Zimbabwe and Cape Town.
This week I will be on holiday, spending some time with the family. But I will be back on Sunday as we gather together for our next part in our Better Together series. I look forward to seeing you then.
