Not to worry! Go to the login page, enter your email address and click the Forgotten Password? link. You will recieve an email containg a link to reset your password.

The ChurchSuite app is available to download for iOS through the App Store and for Android from Google's Play Store. Once you have downloaded the app, you need to enter the email address your registered with and the password you created, and type kingsconnect to find King's. Click here for more information.

Log in to My ChurchSuite.
— Scroll down to where you see your profile and click on the pen icon in the right-hand corner – or selecting My Details from the menu.
— You can update your details and add/change your profile picture.
— You can also update your Privacy and Communication settings.
— Don't forget to click on Save Changes at the bottom to ensure your profile is updated.
— You can edit the details of any children linked to your profile by selecting My Children from the menu.

Log in to My ChurchSuite.
— Scroll down to where you see your profile and click on the pen icon in the right-hand corner – or click My Details from the menu.
— Locate the photo section at the top of the page.
— Click on Choose a file and select your image.
— Click on Save Changes at the bottom, to save the image to your profile.
— Clicking on an existing photo allows you to upload a different image, of you can remove an image by clicking the "X" in the top corner of the image.

When accessing My ChurchSuite via the app, the Menu button in the top-right corner functions as the main navigation menu, giving access to all the familiar My ChurchSuite menu options. The name of the menu currently being viewed is show at the top-centre of the page so you can easily see where you are in My ChurchSuite.

Log in to My ChurchSuite.
— You can choose which of your contact details you share – they are only visible to people who are in the same group and/or serving teams as you, plus relevant staff and ministry overseers. We encourage you to make your mobile number and email address visible to enable group communication and facilitate serving swaps.
— Select My Details from the menu.
— Select the Privacy tab. Tick the boxes at the bottom of the page which say Make my mobile visible and Make my email visible.

We use ChurchSuite to keep people connected and informed via texts and emails. We do our best to ensure that any communication you receive from us is relevant and helpful.

You’re able to manage your own communication preferences and choose through which means we can contact you, but please note – amending your communication preferences affects all communication sent via ChurchSuite (general King's news, rota reminders and notifications from ministries), so please think carefully before changing this!

— Select My Details from the menu.
— Select the Communication tab.
— Tick/untick the relevant boxes.

If you feel like you're recieving too much communication or communication that's unhelpful, please contact us to let us know, rather than just opting out. We're always keen to improve how we communicate.

If you would like your My ChurchSuite account cancelled – perhaps you’ve left the church and/or moved, or for any other reason you want to be removed from our church database – please email privacy@kingschurchlondon.org.
