Our Deaf Community

We have a thriving deaf community to which all deaf visitors are most welcome. We offer BSL interpretation at the 9.30am meeting on Sundays, and have a separate Deaf meeting, usually on the first Sunday of each month, where deaf people have their own worship and teaching.

Lee Site Location

King’s Church London – 21 Meadowcourt Road, Lee, SE3 9DU
Our building is behind the New Tiger's Head pub, at the junction of Lee Road and Eltham Road, diagonally opposite Sainsbury's. There are entrances in both Meadowcourt Road and Osborn Terrace (SE3 9DW).

Lee Site FAQs

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the meeting starts so that you have time to find parking and your seat.

You are welcome at King’s just as you are. You'll see people in shirt and tie, in jeans and t-shirt, and everywhere in between!

You can sit wherever you feel comfortable. If you have difficulty locating a seat or need assistance, the Welcome Team is there to help you.

Our services last an hour and a half.

We expect to experience joyful, creative and expressive worship times. We give time for a talk, making the truth of the Bible relevant to life. We provide a safe and stimulating environment for children.

We want visitors to feel welcome and comfortable and we invite you to stay at the end of the meeting for tea, coffee and chat.

You can use our underground car park in Osborn Terrace or park for free in the Leegate car park, a short walk away on the opposite side of Eltham Road (A20). There is also parking in the surrounding streets but please avoid parking in Meadowcourt Road.

Buses stopping nearby are 122, 178, 202, 261 and 321. Our nearest stations are Lee and Blackheath – both about a ten-minute walk.

King’s Church London is one church that meets across four sites – in person and online. Together we share one vision.
