Downham Site FAQs

We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the meeting starts so that you have time to find parking and your seat.

You are welcome at King’s just as you are. You'll see people in shirt and tie, in jeans and t-shirt, and everywhere in between!

You can sit wherever you feel comfortable. If you have difficulty locating a seat or need assistance, the Welcome Team is there to help you.

Our services last an hour and a half.

We expect to experience joyful, creative and expressive worship times. We give time for a talk, making the truth of the Bible relevant to life. We provide a safe and stimulating environment for children.

We want visitors to feel welcome and comfortable, and we invite you to stay at the end of the meeting for tea, coffee and chat.

We currently have some level of provision for children on each site. To find out what's happening at the service you attend, you can speak to someone from the Welcome Team.

If you are a visitor, please use the small car park directly adjacent to the building. If you are a more frequent attender, you can park on Downham Way, which is unrestricted during evenings and weekends.

Buses stopping directly outside the building are 284, 181, 124 and 136. Our building is less than 500m from Grove Park mainline station.

King’s Church London is one church that meets across four sites – in person and online. Together we share one vision.
