We are a diverse, multi-site church in South East London. We're gathering online every Sunday and have resumed some in-person services.
We believe that church should be a place where we not only attend, but also belong, a place where no one stands alone. Connect with others, find friends and play your part.
Ask your questions and explore Christianity in a non-threatening, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
We believe in the declarations of Isaiah 61, and so seek to extend God’s love in practical ways to the hurting and helpless in our local communities through our social action ministries.
Grow in faith and deepen your walk with God through our weekly sermon podcast and blog, and several worship albums with songs from members of King’s.
At King's we teach the biblical principle of stewardship. We believe that everything we have belongs to God and we are only looking after, or are stewards of, what He has given us.
4th June 2020
‘But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.’ – Acts 1:8
Welcome to our day of Prayer and Fasting.
We gather to fast and pray for justice and Gospel breakthrough, and for the equivalent of our ‘Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and…the ends of the earth’.
On the Day of Prayer webpage there are two videos that we would encourage you to watch: a short interview with Terry Virgo, founding father of Newfrontiers, the worldwide family of churches of which King’s is a part; the second a conversation about Race, Power & Justice with some of our staff team, in light of the terrible murder or George Floyd and racism in society.
Along with these you will find prayer topics to guide your prayers.
Finally, please join us tonight for one of our online prayer meetings at 7pm or 8.15pm. We’ll post the Zoom links on the page from early evening.
